The Cull Breeding Swine Program (CBSP) will be delivered by the Canadian Pork Council (CPC). The purpose of the Cull Breeding Swine Program is: To facilitate the cull of breeding swine in Canada; To assist hog producers in their attempts to manage through the current market situation of low hog prices, high feed grain costs and a strong Canadian dollar.
